When you have a bullshit major like I do, you constantly have to justify your position with the old adage “It’s not the grades you make, but the hands you shake.” My only focus is to slam as many brews and broads as I can before going out into the real world and riding the coattails of my more successful brothers.

Every fraternity has its fair share of famous alumni who we memorize and regurgitate to potentials at rush: athletes, entertainers, astronauts, and so on. It’s cool that these guys are our brothers, but it doesn’t really benefit us in any direct manner.

A recent list from Business Insider might be much more useful.

From Business Insider:

We combed through a bunch of fraternities’ notable members lists to find big Wall Street names, both past and present, who were brothers.

The list is full of both iconic names of the past and more recent Wall Street gurus.
