American Officials Killed in Libya, Maybe For Stupidest Reason Ever

This story is absolutely tragic, enraging, and outrageous.

From Fox News:

President Obama condemned the “outrageous and shocking” attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that left the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans dead, as he and other officials vowed to “bring justice” to the killers while moving quickly to bolster security in Libya and at other diplomatic posts.

“Make no mistake. Justice will be done,” Obama said, speaking from the Rose Garden alongside Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Those who knew Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and the others killed expressed shock and grief Wednesday at the tragedy, which occurred on the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Obama and Clinton both condemned the killers, while stressing that the U.S. bond with the Libyan government would not suffer as a result.

According to reports, angry protestors had showed up to the U.S. embassy consulate in Benghazi as a result of this anti-Mohammed film “The Innocence of Muslims.” Who exactly is responsible for the film’s production is still somewhat of a mystery, though the film’s director “Sam Bacile,” a reportedly fake name, has gone into hiding. However one of its most vocal promoters is Pastor Terry Jones, of Koran burning fame. Here is the film’s trailer:

As you can see, this might be the most ridiculous film to protest in the history of films, let alone kill over. The thing has lower production quality, and worse acting, than a Kardashian sex tape. At least the Kardashians had the good sense to take a room tone in between takes.

Simply put, this film is garbage. Only an idiot would be offended by it…aaaand cue the uneducated extremists.

More from Fox News on Chris Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya killed in the attack.

Stevens was appointed as ambassador to Libya in May 2012.

He served as a special representative to the Libyan Transitional National Council during the revolution in 2011, and as the deputy chief of mission from 2007 to 2009. Originally from California, Stevens was an international trade lawyer before joining the Foreign Service in the early 1990s. He also served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps from 1983 to 1985, teaching English in Morocco.

As for the other three Americans killed in the attack, only one has been identified so far. That man is Sean Smith, a State Department employee for ten years and a husband and father of two. According to Buzzfeed, Smith was among other things, well known in the online gaming community under the name “Vile Rat.” When the attack occurred Smith was chatting with friends on the IM service Jabber. One of his friends recounted what happened:

He was on jabber when it happened, that’s the most fucked up thing. In Baghdad the same kind of thing happened – incoming sirens, he’d vanish, we’d freak out and he’d come back ok after a bit. This time he said ‘FUCK’ and ‘GUNFIRE’ and then disconnected and never returned.

This whole thing is a tragic story of unnecessary violence. Hopefully the extremists who attacked the embassy will be brought to justice found by a group of pissed off Navy SEALs as soon as possible.

The Obama administration needs to forget about the election for 2 fucking seconds and GET SERIOUS about protecting our embassies and Americans overseas. My goodness, this just gets my blood pressure to dangerously high levels not to mention it is just sickening. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of these men. Good grief…..

this wasn’t an embassy, it was a consulate. essentially a business office set up to process visas and business deals, usually allowing anyone including libyans to come in and get paperwork done on their behalf. the american embassy itself is 1000 km’s away in tripoli. the amb went there, from reports, to personally help evac staff under attack (probably heroic, but nonetheless probably not advised by his security detail). embassies are usually fortresses in countries like this shithole – and there is usually a serious bunch of armed marines hiding somewhere to kick the shit out of any fucker who threatens embassy staff. since, this was a consulate that the amb was ‘visiting’ – only the security detail prob of state dept personnel – was protecting him. from what reports also said, libyan security fought with our guys and 10 libyans got killed or wounded as well. it sounds like they were overwhelmed. thoughts and prayers as well. i hope we find and cut the balls off the fucking terrorists who did it and throw their dead bodies into a grave with pigs. but, again – everyone knew the risks in working in libya.

i’ve worked with state dept security in the past on some dignitary visits and everyone should know they are among the most highly dedicated and skilled Americans doing the dangerous job of protecting our country and our citizens’ – often unnoticed compared to how much attention is provided to the military and secret service. i don’t know if our government will publicly acknowledge who was in the security detail for the amb. but we should pray for them and their families as well. such is the way national security works.

Queue Obama to give a press conference to apologize for the US, play a round of golf, and then go to Vegas to campaign some more. I wish General Patton was alive so I could see what he would do to these arab cock suckers.

“The more I see of Arabs the less I think of them. By having studied them a good deal I have found out the trouble. They are the mixture of all the bad races on earth, and they get worse from west to east, because the eastern ones have had more crosses.” – George Smith Patton

Stevens was a member of Alpha Tau Omega at UC Berkeley. L&R, and may he rest in peace.

These dipshit Arabs that can’t spell their names or use simple math believe they can attack our embassies and consulates because some extremist piece of shit cleric took a break from raping donkeys to tell them Allah wants them to? I say we answer back by emptying our prisons, flying them over with an arsenal that would make The Expendables 2 look like a fucking Super-Soaker fight, crack open a cold brew and watch the rage ensue.
