Nick Saban Dazzles Samantha Steele in this Ride-Along

Ladies, if you are about to watch this, grab a towel first. You’re about to see the Nicktator turn on the charm in a way you never knew existed. You can almost hear Sam Steele’s inner-dialogue, and it’s borderline X-rated, as she works strenuously to maintain composure under the cunning, moistening trance of Don Juan Saban.

Now that you’ve picked up on the obvious sarcasm, can we all agree this is one of the most awkward minute-and-a-half conversations ever caught on camera? Saban doesn’t even take his eyes off the road, and the pitch of his voice never ticked up or down the entire time. When he begins his answer about starting his mornings with, “Well, we’ve been through this before but…” I got squirmy. You condescending, monotonous S.O.B.

I’m fairly convinced that the ESPN producer was like, “Yeah, let’s just cut this thing off right here,” resulting in only a 1:34 video. The guy is the best in the business at what he does, but he has the personality of a death row inmate.

Side note: I love me some Samantha Steele. I want to get all up in those dimples.
