Laundry List Of Drugs Found In Kappa Sigma House

Well, if there was any question as to who the party house is/was on the Tulane University campus, it was reaffirmed this past Friday by two Kappa Sigma brothers and a little help from the Louisiana State Police.

From the NOLA Defender:

A stash of psychedelics that was hoarded at a Tulane frat house is now in the hands of authorities. State Police seized $10,000 worth of drugs from the Kappa Sigma fraternity house at 642 (sic) Broadway St. Friday after a pair of students from the Uptown university accepted a fresh shipment from the fuzz. Jules Staib and Wyatt Silverman, both 19 and Tulane students, were arrested after they accepted a package containing 107 grams of ecstasy (MDMA) from undercover state police officers.

Holy shit.

If you do the math, which I’m sure some of you will understand without me showing my arithmetic, that’s a potential 535 ecstasy pills.

Reportedly, investigators ascertained their lead when the Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection, aided by the U.S. Postal Service, intercepted the New Orleans bound, Molly-rich package. The address on the parcel that was mailed from San Francisco, correlated with the Kappa Sigma house, and led an undercover detective there posing as a deliveryman.

Upon the pair accepting the package, the bust, part of a federal initiative known as the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Task Force, turned out to be larger than Feds originally imagined. Boasting this kind of cross-country hookup, it seems these guys were clearly in deep.

While canvassing the pair’s respective rooms, authorities also confiscated 57 dosage units of LSD, 69 grams psychedelic mushrooms, 48 grams of opium, 22 grams of marijuana, .80 grams of cocaine and .91 grams of DMT (dimethyltyptamine).

At this point, I kind of feel obligated to amend my original claim dignifying this Kappa Sigma house as the “party house.” With this arsenal of hallucinogens, it seems more like these guys were hell bent on fostering the “lose our fucking minds and not remember anything about college” kind of house.

It’s like, “Hey, where can I find the hardest drugs on the planet?”

“Oh, the Kappa Sigs have mass quantities of dimethyltyptamine? Fucking right!”

Honestly, DMT is the chemical your brain releases when you dream, and in great quantities when you die. It’s also among the most illegal and ridiculous psychedelics on the face of the earth, as described by former Man Show host, Joe Rogan

How did these guys get their hands on this stuff? Regardless, it doesn’t seem that they will for a long, long, while.

Immediately expelled from their fraternity and evicted from the house, both Staib and Silverman were booked into Orleans Parish Prison on charges of possession of Illegal Narcotics Schedule I and Schedule II, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Just a little admonishment here guys: if you want to go big in the domestic drug trade game, don’t have your products mailed directly to your fraternity house. At least get yourself a P.O. Box, because if it all goes to hell, your brothers and chapters nationally won’t have to be associated with your failed business model and cavalier stupidity.

^It’s not anymore… also, a student from OU calling somebody a geed is equivalent to a retard calling somebody dumb.

Probably ordered the drugs off of the Silk Road. And DMT hasn’t been confirmed to be “your brain releases when you dream, and in great quantities when you die” it is just a theory that everyone has just accepted as fact, but it still isn’t a fact. And since drug use is so common for college aged people why doesn’t TFM take a stand against the U.S.’s draconian drug laws. Its a thought!
