Cold Beer Goes On Sale Today In Oxford

As we reported a month ago, The Oxford Board of Aldermen voted to scrap its ordinance prohibiting cold alcoholic beverage sales in convenience stores and grocery stores. Cold beer was to be available for purchase in the city of Oxford on September 19, 2013.

That’s today.

    This is fucking great. The ability to get a nice buzz before you get back to the house and ice the beer down is something a lot of you fuckers take for granted. We’re cherishing that ability in the greatest town in the world today.
