Dear Tryhards, You Can Buy A Signed Copy Of “Wagon Wheel” Handwritten Lyrics
That sound you just heard was the sound of thousands of pairs of Chubbies simultaneously tightening in the crotchal region all across the country, their elastic waistbands stretching out to make room for those little tryhard chubs. 12 years ago at 2:23 pmOr by someone who likes Bob Dylan…
12 years ago at 2:23 pmAbout 1,000 idiot tryhards are learning that OCMS didn’t originally write Wagon Wheel.
12 years ago at 2:23 pm^
12 years ago at 2:33 pmKetch Secor is OCMS’ frontman you fucking idiot. They just borrowed an uncompleted part from Bob Dylan.
12 years ago at 2:56 pm^How about this. Look up any article on who wrote it, and I guarantee you it’ll say Bob Dylan. Shit, google “Who wrote Wagon Wheel”.
12 years ago at 4:24 pm^ ^^ both of you are correct. OCMS began with an uncompleted song by Dylan, and filled in some of the lyrics. It is unmistakeably a copy of a Dylan song, but the original recording is so mumbled and jumbled that the lyrics are unclear, so OCMS made up some new ones. That’s why OCMS has partially-credited Dylan from the beginning.
So that’s the paraphrased explanation, try-hards.

12 years ago at 2:58 pmIt’s a cool item. Not worth paying a ton of money for but cool none the less. Wagon Wheel is still a great song regardless of what some people have made it into, I don’t see the point in bashing it.
