As an American soldier, I have always been taught to respect my enemy and to never believe any claims that they are stupid or incompetent. However, as we all know, there are exceptions to the rule and this has to be one of the BIGGEST fuckups in the history of terrorism, right on par with the whole attacking America thing. (How’s that working out?)

From the New York Times:

BAGHDAD — A group of Sunni militants attending a suicide bombing training class at a camp north of Baghdad were killed on Monday when their commander unwittingly conducted a demonstration with a belt that was packed with explosives, army and police officials said.

Somebody must have been daydreaming about his 72 virgins while preparing the teaching materials, and as expected, everything went wrong in hilarious fashion.

Twenty-two ISIS members were killed, and 15 were wounded, in the explosion at the camp, which is in a farming area in the northeastern province of Samara, according to the police and army officials.

Risk management clearly dropped the ball on this one, and while the pledge educator can be commended for leading by example, his passion for a dynamite presentations has lead to an incident that was anything but a dud (okay I’ll stop). On a serious note, good riddance to these pieces of shit who were training to kill untold amounts of people. It is a great point of irony that the fucker who was teaching this class has done America–and the world–a great favor by stopping tragedy with fireworks. I truly hope each and every one of them was met like this in paradise.

Great news like this doesn’t come around often, and I am so happy to hear that something like this happened.
