ASU Student Lists His “Apartment” On Craigslist, Turns Out To Be His Shitty Frat House

For the fair market price of $520 per month, this spacious 2 bed, 2 bath “apartment” in Tempe can be yours this summer. Right there near campus, too. A hell of a damn deal.

What’s interesting is I received the tip about this posting last night, and when I clicked the link from Craigslist, there were two additional photos posted. They have since been removed from the listing. I’m 100% sure they were taken out because whomever posted this has decided he wants to conceal the fact that this isn’t an apartment at all. It’s the ASU Theta Chi house. Actually, maybe this is an apartment. Is this an apartment/frat house? Is that a thing? I’m sure we’ll get clarification in the comments within two minutes of publishing this, but it sure as shit looks like it.

One of the photos removed showed an outdoor basketball court with “ΘΧ” emblazoned on the center of it. The other was an outside shot of the apartment-frat house that also displayed the fraternity’s letters.

And if you’re still not convinced of the claim that this rundown Tempe apartment doubles as the ASU Theta Chi house, click on the the Google Maps link for the address listed in the post. That’s the Theta Chi crest.

While it might be nice to say females lived in your place over the summer, the poon stank will be permanent

It’s a thing. Sigma Pi at Morehead State had one, but it was actually a pretty good set up. They had a lot of land with it and it was nowhere near campus.

Get fucked, Nogalesoyles. Your entire city looks like a CraigsList ad.

Please try and debate that to further help my point.

Oh, Gargoyles. You silly little muffin. I’ve seen your city. Its a travesty, equipped with tortilla vendors selling their product out of Igloo coolers, and bars so pathetic, Oscar Pistorius is confessing to his crimes just so he could have no chance of ever going to Dirtbags.

Yeah, that’s right. We all know the Greek gem down there is “Dirtbags”. What a shithole. It looks like what I think AIDS would look like.

Dorn, there are no “Frat Houses” at ASU. No one has houses so they block rent apartments on or around campus. Very bizzare Fraternity culture at ASU.

ASU’s Greek Row was torn down in 2010.But ASU is trying to bring fraternities back on campus through on campus apartments in order to better control them. Since Alpha Drive was shut down, off campus fraternities have been going crazy.

That won’t happen though. They keep having kids end up in the hospital or die.

The anti-frat house move has been a nationwide travesty. I’m not joking, they’re being assholes for little to no reason. TFM should start a petition, college students (especially greeks) always have the best protests.

In comparison to the decadence of traditional frat-life in The South (uppercase) and the some of the eastern seaboard/midwest gem Universities, we are J.V.. I won’t pretend that we teach lessons in “Fratting”, but we don’t have to. Our average slam is the Presidents’s girlfriend in those same “decadent houses”, and it is deliciously effortless. Like “Pin The Tail On The Tan Thirsty” easy. After freshman Spring Break, our girls never really come home, and finish out their careers on a permanent spring break. All behaviors follow suit.

Now, I’m sure the majority of schools have broads that do this, but the “Hotness to Scum Ratio” (how hot a Slammy Davis is compared to the vileness of her trashbag behavior) is where we clean house. They are all hot; they are all tan; they are all perky; and they are all terrible people. They are the reason I want to have my first born in China (so I can throw it in a river if it comes out wrong aka female).

        It’s a dream come true.

ASU got its Greek Row torn down a few years back so fraternities scoop up apartment complexes, renovate them, gate them off and turn them into houses. Some fraternity even got a motel and renovated it.

You other schools have no idea how lucky you guys are to have a Greek Row.

Crow Dog is the biggest try-hard of all. He is literally executive antagonist in every college/fraternity-based movie EVER. Actually entertaining the idea of the (fill in the blank) to throw out all the students that participated in the TKE MLK Party says everything. That, and allowing our former “Frat Row” to look like condemned government assisted living lot, not helping to find money for ANY money or investors to help with renovating and updating chapter houses is a fucking travesty of a joke.

If he didn’t treat us like outcasts instead of the backbone for the student body, we could probably do a ton more good than the bad he consistently tries to find/report.

That, and he needs to get all the whiny GD libs out of his ear. The ultra-sensitive hippies on our campus deserve a good old-fashioned “Tar n Feathering”

We are all going to be gone by the time they build us anything to live in.

Fraternity life at ASU is on a rapid decline. Without houses, fraternities have been forced to find off campus options of living. Now the city of Tempe is trying to enact a bill that bans fraternities from moving into complexes. Shit is hitting the fan.
