Florida Teen Receives Bachelor’s Degree Before High School Diploma

I remember back when I was 16. It was just me, my computer, and my crippling porn addiction against the world. I remember thinking I could do anything if I put my mind to it. Well, to the extent that that thing was achievable in an area that had WiFi and I had access to the laptop computers from my high school’s tech lab. The world was my oyster, and my hand was my clam.

Then people like Grace Bush come along and make me feel like I was nothing more than a chronic masturbator. I mean, I was, but still.

The teen from Hollywood earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice Friday morning from Florida Atlantic University.

She did it with a 3.8 grade point average and completed the four-year degree in just three years.

“I started when I was 13 at Broward College and I also took my classes throughout the summer, so I was able to finish it before four years,” said Grace Bush.

Bush graduates from high school in two days. Not only did she get her bachelor’s degree before she earned her high school diploma, but she did both at the age of 16. She’s got two years on the rest of us, and I’m sure she won’t blow them off by bopping around Europe like a transient fuck, as most college students who graduate early do.

Good on you, Grace.

Criminal justice? Just what we need, another woman cop who thinks she’s better than everyone.

16 is way too young to be confronted with the horrors of postgrad life. Its like your life being over before it ever began.
