Texas A&M Will Rock Badass Throwbacks This Weekend To Commemorate National Championship Team
1939 was a hell of a year. TV broadcasting became a thing, the Nazis invaded Poland, and Texas A&M won their last national championship. This weekend, A&M will throw it WAY back to the good old days for its game against Lousiana-Monroe. Texas A&M and Adidas (Nike or GTFO) have teamed up to dress the Aggies with some pretty sleek uniforms that resemble the ones the team wore in 1939. Take a look:
I’m really digging this look. Hats off to Adidas for nailing the vintage feel, all the way down to the leather-like appearance. Maybe looking like they did the last time they won a national championship team will get the Aggies back to their winning ways, at least for this week against the cupcake Warhawks..
