Nevada Assemblywoman Wants To Arm "Young, Hot Little Girls" With Guns on Campus

Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore has some nice guns. She also has a pistol and two magazines strapped to her high-waisted jeans at all times, and she wants the same for “young, hot little girls” on college campuses across the nation.

Fiore told the New York Times that she is sponsoring a bill that would allow babes to be locked and loaded en route to class.

The sponsor of a bill in Nevada, Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, said in a telephone interview: “If these young, hot little girls on campus have a firearm, I wonder how many men will want to assault them. The sexual assaults that are occurring would go down once these sexual predators get a bullet in their head.”

I’m all for this plan, and not just because there’s something incredibly sexy about a woman gripping a firearm. However, there are a couple of questions Miss Fiore left unanswered.

First, how do we determine if a girl is both little and hot enough to pack a little heat? Below 5’4″ and above a seven in hotness? How do we factor in weight? These are the deets we need, assemblywoman.

Second, does Lilly Pulitzer make holsters? Because that would look cute as fuck. Ooh! And can you get flowery initials engraved on the barrel of a Colt?

Fiore has since clarified her original statement to the Times.

“That may not be the most eloquent way to phrase it; however, I stand wholeheartedly by that sentiment because I want every citizen, whether they’re on a college campus or not, to have the right to defend him or herself from sexual assault.”

Okay, so she meant to say that she wants all of us, male or female, big or small, hot or not, to be blessed with the gift of a gun on campus. This brings up a discussion about what leads to the threat of campus rape and if putting firearms in the hands of every student would help curb that threat.

Consider this quote from the Christian Post:

“[Fiore’s bill] reflects a misunderstanding of sexual assaults in general,” John D. Foubert, an Oklahoma State University professor and national president of One in Four, an organization that provides educational programs on sexual assault. “If you have a rape situation, usually it starts with some sort of consensual behavior, and by the time it switches to nonconsensual, it would be nearly impossible to run for a gun. Maybe if it’s someone who raped you before and is coming back, it theoretically could help them feel more secure.”

Blah, blah, blah — look, hot chicks with guns!

97% of sorostitutes need to be no where near a firearm unless its name is peter or richard.

Women are equal and just as strong! Only women need weapons to defend themselves from men! Feminist logic at it’s finest.

Campus Reform has a lot of articles on stuff like this as well. Also Katherine Timpf (who wrote the article you linked to) also use to work for them.

While everyone on this site knows the campus rape epidemic is a false sense of crisis, I do agree with allowing students to carry. Finally, you wrote a decent article, Boosh.

It’s stupid comments like this that just kill the GOP. You can’t expect to become the party of the majority when you (1) fundamentally misunderstand campus rape and (2) phrase a potential solution in the most obnoxious manner possible.

If every college girl was packing it’s obvious that people would be less inclined to fuck with them. I don’t see how the logic of more guns = less crimes fails in this scenario. Perhaps it is people like you, the liberals who claim to be GOP, that are actually fucking up the system.

I can see guys getting shot left and right for almost no reason and then the girl claiming they were going to get raped. Almost no good can come from girls having guns at all times.

Proper firearm training would still be required before she could carry a weapon, ace.

Considering women can barely operate a motor vehicle, it’s probably not a very good idea to give them loaded guns.

Maybe where you live, sir. Where I’m from all the women carry-even the ugly ones.

I don’t know about you but I don’t want most of the “young, hot girls” at my school within fifty feet of a firearm, especially when drunk.

Doesn’t seem like the best idea to put guns in everyone’s hand while around a college campus

Everyone wouldn’t have a gun. Only those qualified to carry, and those qualified to carry would be responsible enough to not do anything stupid. How’s that not a good idea?
