Sigma Chis At SMU In Hot Water For Pissing All Over Neighbor’s Property

As a normal, law-abiding resident of your standard American metropolitan area, you’ve got to think one of the worst possible neighborhood situations is a group of hot-headed and hard-dicked fraternity members moving in next door to you. Your neighbor problems should range from having your morning newspaper stolen to a dog shitting in your lawn and it not getting picked up. But with a group of 19 to 22-year-old arrogant fraternity members — especially at SMU — your problems get potentially much worse.

SMU Sigma Chi members moved into a residence away from campus and basically treated their next door neighbor like a rival fraternity. They pissed on his fence and in his lawn, told him to “fuck off” regularly, threw raw meat at his crib, and even spelled out “fuck you” in snow in his front yard.

If he didn’t capture it on camera, it is doubtful you would believe what Tim O’Connell has experienced.

“They use the yard and our fence as a restroom,” he said. “I can’t really say what they say on camera, but you can imagine. They tell me to go ‘F’ myself all the time.”

O’Connell’s neighbors not only said it, but they wrote it in snow last week — on his front lawn. Then, minutes later, they returned to snap pictures, his surveillance video shows.

Sigma Chi’s national office has been made aware of the situation and vows to hold the members accountable for their actions after they properly investigate the allegations.
