It’s not the fact that he doesn’t have ten minutes to spare it’s the message he is more concerned with the popularity, fame, and glamour of his position in our nation than he is our nation’s actual wellbeing. Moreover, I think we both know you’re being hyperbolic when you say ten minutes because in reality I’m sure this took several hours of his time. There is a reason you don’t see Fortune 500 CEO’s at the company cookout. It’s because they are working to ensure that their employees still have jobs the following Monday.

Just to for the record the Gipper only appeared on the tonight show once. Which was before his presidency not that Obama deserves the honor of being compared to Reagan. So a more accurate version of your comment probably reads, “Obama takes time out of his sleep schedule to golf, appear on late night television, and occasionally be president”
