I would pay some some serious money to be a fly on the wall back in the day when this guy was still in to see how he had fuck ups under his command conduct corrective training. Judging by his bearing he was undoubtedly one hell of an NCO back in the day and he sounds like the type of guy that would smoke the soul out of anyone that fucked up in his squad

While it is completely within the realm of possibility an actual veteran could be without their ID card, that guy is clearly not one and I was rooting for the guy calling him out to punch him in the face.
