Mississippi State Took A Shot At Ole Miss In Their New Baseball Warmups

The Mississippi State baseball team received some horrible new warmup attire from Adidas. It’s simply an atrocity, but that’s not the big story here. Check out their new gear.

They’re horrible, right? There is no wordplay in the world that would somehow turn Starkville into a desirable destination.

Let’s focus a little more on those shitty connect-the-dots wording they have running rampant across the shirt. Look closely at the orange dots in particular.

“F–K THE SCHOOL UP NORTH.” You see it? There are no perfect pictures that present the phrase in its entirety. However, here is a quick edit that should help you put it all together.

Every set of orange dots across the entire shirt connect to create the same phrase, which is a blatant shot at their biggest rival, Ole Miss.

As the uniform blunder and blame game began to circulate among social media, Mississippi State’s Athletic Director quickly took to Twitter to issue an apology.

Adidas released a statement shortly after taking full responsibility.

From SB Nations:

“We apologize to Mississippi State, their student-athletes, fans and alumni for this error. The Bulldogs’ baselayer graphic today featured old artwork that was never presented to the university. This graphic does not reflect our brand values nor those of Mississippi State. We take full responsibility for this error and wish Mississippi State the best of luck during Super Bulldog Weekend.”

So Mississippi State was blindsided by the design? Riiiiiight. That claim is slightly more believeable than that time Hugh Freeze attempted to convince the world that the Ole Miss football team could read.

Editor’s Note: Bogey Wells is high as a fucking kite, because these are sick. Love them. Have to have one. Won’t sleep until I get one. Someone please send me one. I’m serious. – Dorn

I think the shot at Ole Miss is hilarious, but I also think Adidas should go out of business due to their repeatedly incredibly horrendous creations.

I’m a student at the University of Cincinnati and our Adidas contract just expired and we’re switching to Under Armour. Frankly, I couldn’t be more excited.

It affects me because it will obviously change my school’s uniforms which in turn will affect the way my school is represented on national level. It will change the spirit wear sold on campus and at local retailers. It also gives the school at lot more athletic fund money which will likely translate into a more enjoyable gameday experience for students. It affects me in a lot of ways, you just have to think critically to realize how.

Your sister has to think critically to figure out how she’s gonna handle my meat stick.

Yeah finishing in the top 10 in football and having a nationally competitive baseball and women’s basketball team sounds pretty irrelevant as far as sports go

Thanks, State for remaining the lowest pieces of shit in the world. I hate my pledges less than I hate you.

I lost what little respect I had for Adidas when they wouldn’t give the kid from UAB his money for having the fastest 40 at the combine

Don’t blame em… I mean I’d be pretty butthurt if our rival beat us last game of the season and knocked us out of the playoffs

Does Mississippi State even realize that there are countless schools north of their location? That insult is as worthless as a degree from there.
