Arizona State Offering All Freshman Classes Online, More Time For Crushing Bitches

Arizona State Will Soon Offer The Entire Freshman Year Online, Meaning More Time At ASU's Pool

Spring Break University is about to get a whole lot better. Home to some of the most incredible talent in the nation, Arizona State is about to make it possible to take all of your freshman year classes on the interwebs.

From Inside Higher Ed:

Arizona State University, in partnership with edX, this fall will begin to offer credit-bearing massive open online courses at a fraction of the cost of either in-person or traditional online education.

By fall 2016, ASU anticipates it will offer enough MOOCs so that students can complete their entire freshman year online through what edX and the university are calling the Global Freshman Academy.

After completing the courses, students can receive a transcript from ASU showing that they have earned enough credits at the university to transfer to a different program or institution as sophomores.

The only downside I can see is that you probably can’t rush. Maybe you can. I don’t know.

Head to campus, secure a nice apartment with a great pool, take your classes online while you’re at the pool scouting potential slams and pounding beers. How is this not incredible? Not to mention the ease of online courses. Shit is a cake walk.

“After completing the courses, students can receive a transcript from ASU showing that they have earned enough credits at the university to transfer to a different program or institution as sophomores.” Sounds like a good idea.

Couple online classes a year doesn’t hurt. Just feel like taking an entire year on the computer would end up blowing major dick.

I had a semester where I only had 1 in person class here at ASU…..it was the greatest semester of my life. Theres never a situation at this school where theres “nothing to do”.

Online classes at ASU are the easiest thing in the world to cheat on. You can have your book, your notes, and the browsers aren’t even lockdown. Spring Break University making power moves

What a great way to not have to deal with your students while still collecting tuition money
