History was recently made in the United Kingdom, and it had nothing to do with members of the royal family popping out kids, which, by the way, is an insane thing for any American to care about. Stop that shit Britain. Sorry, I digress. Where was I? Oh yeah, a joint operation involving multiple agencies led to the biggest drug bust in the U.K.’s history.

Two British ships, one from the Royal Navy and one from the Border Force, intercepted a merchant vessel approximately 100 miles offshore in the vicinity of Aberdeen. The ship was taken to port where it was searched extensively by law enforcement officials with “specialist deep rummage skills.” Which is the British way of saying these guys are pretty good at digging through shit to find contraband

These dudes found quite the jackpot. During their search of the ship, they were able to find over three tons of cocaine, which has an estimated street value of around £500m. That’s roughly around $757,000,000.

Holy shit. They found three-quarters of a billion dollars worth of blow on board that ship. What the fuck, man.

All the men aboard the vessel, Turkish nationals, have been charged. When you have that much on you, it’s hard to pull the “I had no idea it was in there, officer” excuse.

I wonder how much wasn’t accounted for. Best believe if I was rummaging I’d take an eight ball or two. What am I kidding I’d take a bird.

Those dudes had better ask for life in prison because as soon as they leave protective custody, they are as good as dead.

Yeah instead of a 20ft solid gold statue outside their mansion they have to settle for a 15ft one, I’d be pissed

Watch as the British re-enact what the Americans did to them in 1773 of the Boston Tea Party, but instead more so as the Aberdeen Cocaine Party.
