The fact that some chapters attract shitty people means there are stereotypical chapters out there and people will cling to those images. But just like there are great Asian drivers, there are great fraternity chapters out there.
That’s what I mean. There are more good Asian drivers than bad just like there are more good fraternities than bad.
But when you see the bad your mind you gravitate towards it. You forget about that random crappy driver you see. But if it’s an Asian you’ll remember that you saw one all day just because it’s a thing. Someone might see an asshole on campus and brush it off and go about their day, but if he is in a fraternity they will remember that time they saw a frat guy being an asshole.

Exactly, all I took from this video is that the lead guy’s long distance ex-girlfriend got her box torn up by a fraternal prodigy freshman year and he’s still crying about it. Fraternity men strive to become better than their competitors and complainers just want everyone to be degraded to their level of unsuccess
