Just another disappointment from the intern today.
10 years ago at 4:25 pmI didn’t even up the article, but she looks like she can suck a good dick.
10 years ago at 4:41 pmSince there is already a place for these on the Wall (fuck you Intern)…Forum Question: What is the general feeling about the Supreme Court ruling today?
10 years ago at 4:37 pmIntern and Dorn can’t wait to marry their boyfriends. #BringBackTheForums2015
10 years ago at 7:05 pmThis has been a bad week for individuals that believe in state government
10 years ago at 7:26 pmI couldn’t care less about gay marriage, but I’m a bit worried about the Supreme Court creating laws. Why are they doing that? They aren’t elected officials. This sets a bad precedent.
10 years ago at 8:22 pmThe worst part about that is who can we turn to to say that the ruling is unjust? Obama? Like he could give a single shit. He’s just happy he will be remembered for more than being the first African American president and for screwing healthcare.
10 years ago at 9:53 pmI agree with this 100%. If homosexuals want to marry, they can for all I care. It doesn’t really affect me. But taking away more of the states’ rights is why I’m against this decision. This country is in trouble if the Supreme Court is now allowed to make their own laws.
10 years ago at 11:46 pmI’ve read this comment twice and still don’t understand what you’re saying.
10 years ago at 2:50 pmI don’t know if you understand how the Supreme Court works, bud. They don’t just make up laws. They rule on the constitutionality of laws and they can only rule on cases that have been brought up through the appellate system. Maybe you haven’t taken high school government class yet.
10 years ago at 3:50 pmAnd that’s what they did. They interpreted the Constitution.
10 years ago at 10:31 amThey judges said it had nothing to do with the constitution
10 years ago at 8:53 amIt’s their fucking job
10 years ago at 9:20 amI’m actually for government not telling people what to do so I think gays should be able to get marriage. But I’m against the way it was done because it violated states rights
10 years ago at 11:18 pmI believe in federalism. If you wanna be gay, move to California. If you’re a bible thumper in Alabama, you should not have a gay agenda forced upon you. Since when do states with a majority, not have the right to not believe in gay marriage???
10 years ago at 2:51 amSo gays shouldn’t feel free to be gay down south and should move somewhere else? Whatever you say buddy.
10 years ago at 11:40 amYeah! Let’s put gays in California and put a big fence around the state so they don’t get loose and infect other people with their beliefs! Let’s ship those bible thumpers from Alabama to pray over the gays and maybe the federal government can develop a program go make all gays straight!
You’re small minded and you sound like someone who has never worked outside of the government services.
10 years ago at 1:45 pmCertain cases are more popular than others, so it is easy to castrate the Constitution with a case no one pays attention to. Consider the sex offender registration laws SCOTUS affirmed: They said it is ok , after a person’s sentence is over, to restrict where they can live, where and when they can travel, and they have to provide police with all of their information such as telephone, email addresses, vehicles, and in some cases prohibited from using social media. In some states if a person does not notify the police they change jobs, they go to prison.
10 years ago at 11:14 amMany have to do this for a lifetime.SCOTUS says this isn’t punishment. Many legal scholars believe the goal of the libs and republicans is to eventually control everyone like this.
Ok, why does anyone actually care about states rights anyway?
10 years ago at 11:35 amPeople car when it affects them. Conservatives disfavor the recent ruling. But, a few years ago when the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the 2nd Amendment, we cheered.
10 years ago at 11:41 amI’m not too conspiracy theorist, but I believe many of our legislators and judges are being blackmailed with NSA info.
cut it out with the fucking hashtags.
