VIDEO: Marine Thwarts Would-Be Robbery In Most Badass Way Possible

Let’s just start by saying robbing a gas station is one of dumbest ideas ever conceived. Oh, you got away with $200 worth of flavored cigars? Sweet, dude.

It’s an even worse idea to cut in front of a firefighter/Marine to do it.

Whelp, a would-be armed robber stepped in front of Mansfield firefighter Daniel Gaskey on June 26 at the Exxon Oasis Food Store in Midlothian, Texas.

Big mistake. Huge!

After realizing what’s happening in front of him, Gaskey shows the criminal the quickest way to fall asleep.

“Once I got him on the ground, it was pretty quick. It wasn’t a long fight; it wasn’t incredibly rough. I controlled his arm on the way to the ground, I got on top of him, and once I was wrestled the knife away from him and moved it away from his reach,” Gaskey explained.

I’ve never seen someone so excited to get arrested. The robber is absolutely thrilled he’s being arrested by a local cop rather than an ex-Marine.

Dylan Bearden has been charged with aggravated robbery and won’t be cutting in line anytime soon.
