UCLA Cornerback Faces Felony Charges For Stealing Uber Driver’s Phone, Is Biggest Dumbass On Earth

One of UCLA’s best football players could face felony charges for stealing his Uber driver’s cell phone.

Ismael Adams, star defensive back for UCLA and complete and total idiot, must have forgotten Uber has all of your information when you sign up for a ride and can easily track the location of a cell phone. This could be the stupidest crime in the history of college football.

From NBC Sports:

While very few details were available at the time, it was reported late Monday afternoon that star UCLA cornerback Ishmael Adams had been arrested on a robbery charge and was sitting in jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond. Subsequently it was reported that Adams allegedly “used force” to take the cell phone of an Uber driver early Sunday morning, triggering what is right now a felony charge.

Adams was taken into custody a short time after the alleged incident, and has an initial court appearance scheduled for later this morning.

“We are aware of the situation and continuing to gather information,” a UCLA spokesperson said in a statement. “As this is a pending legal matter, we will have no further comment at this time.”

It’s not like Adams was a scrub, either. He started 26 games over the past two seasons and was considered one of the top special teams players in the country. This offseason, he was named to the preseason watch lists for the Thorpe Award and the Hornung Award.

How stupid do you have to be to steal a cell phone? Best case scenario, you sell it on Craigslist for $100. If you’re going to steal something that is worth a felony charge, go rob a fucking bank, you dumbass. Don’t waste your time with petty theft. If you really needed a shitty Uber-owned cell phone, I’m sure one of the UCLA boosters would have slipped you ten in an paper bag with no questions asked.

Instead of preparing for a career in the NFL, Adams must now prepare a defense for trial. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.

For a second I thought “wow a funny comment from Steve” but then I remembered he’s more fake than Santa Claus.

Steve…I don’t think you know what you’ve done. Word on the street is that the good trolls that were murdered during the ballocaust, #neverforget, are rising from the grave and will be making a return. Do yourself a favor and just quit now. They are coming for you, Steve… they’re coming for you…

  2. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but that picture makes him look like he has an IQ of 20, while regular students bust their ass to get in. However, the irony is he probably doesn’t have the mental capacity to realize how good he has it. Fuck this guy, but most importantly, fuck you Steve Holt.

I’m nostalgic for the good ol’ days when athletes didn’t do this kind of shit.

Athletes have never been angels, but the issues–assault, rape, etc.–have become far too common in recent years.
