How much are you willing to spend? BTY, the word is “recommend” not “recemond.”

So not putting to use one of your basic rights as an American citizen is frat? No. You just have to know when to protest unlike these fools at Mizzou, the million student March, and etc.

That being said, give me an anti safe campus act protest or pro-2nd amendment protest and you can bet your sweet ass I’ll be there.

I’m not sure if you understand what you’re talking about. We want the Safe Campus Act passed. It’s vital we remain innocent until proven guilty. The safe campus act demands sexual assault victims file charges with police, and the person who is accused of sexual assault doesn’t receive punishment until an investigation is complete, and they are found guilty. It’s wrong for innocent people to be labeled rapists, and kicked out of school for an action they never committed. The term rape is thrown around too casually these days, and the consequences are severe. I know girls who claimed they were raped simply because they were embarrassed by who they hooked up with.
TL;DR: Safe campus Act is good

Then you obviously don’t know someone who has been raped. A government investigation can take many years. Fair campus act = good. Legal representation in university investigations. Safe campus act = bad. If the university gives you a fair trial/investigation and allows you legal representation then what’s wrong with them taking action especially when it would be much more quickly processed.

Yes, I’m sure I know what I’m taking about.

I wouldn’t trust a university investigation, and neither should you. When Mizzou’s president fearfully resigned over claims he had nothing to do with, it shows how weak and sensitive administrators are. If someone wrongfully lied, the university would be pressured to convict you, or risk campus uproar by liberal activists claiming the university only supports males, and is sexist. Therefore each investigation would turn from innocent until guilty, to guilty until innocent. I don’t want campuses who have deemed the term american, or the U.S. flag offensive to carry out trials.

I’d rather have our country’s judiciary branch investigate me for ten years, than have some feminist “investigator”, who just spent the last three months comforting my accuser, to investigate me for five minutes. Keep in mind these investigators serve as your judge, jury, and prosecuter in university rape investigations.

I protest the ban on hazing! Hazing is good! Hazing is American! Hazing results in strong men. [Oh shit! I said “Strong Men.” Slap my pecker.]
