New Jersey Cop Doesn’t Think He Should Have Been Fired For Banging Women While On Duty

We’ve all had a little bit of fun in the back seat of a car at one time or another. Sometimes you’ve just gotta say, “Fuck it,” pull over and make a goddamn baby right then and there. You wouldn’t think, however, that cops would be doing the nasty fuck dance in their cruisers.
Well, a former New Jersey police officer is appealing the department’s decision to fire him after he admitted to having sex with multiple women while on duty. Supposedly protecting and serving doesn’t mean wrapping your tool and serving up man men to ladies in the back of your cop car.
Former Plainfield, N.J. police officer Fernando Sanchez was fired from the department in Sept. 22, 2014 but the details are now becoming public due to his appeal.
Now, getting frisky in the back of a police car while on duty is risqué enough, but the story gets even juicier the deeper you get into it. SEX PUNS FOR THE WIN.
From MyCentralJersey.com:
…Sanchez admitted to having sex with the same woman that another cop — former Sgt. Samuel Woody — was found guilty of coercing into stripping for him while he masturbated in a public parking lot while in uniform.
…
Sanchez lied to prosecutors by saying ‘I honestly don’t think so’ when he was asked whether he had had sex with the woman in his patrol car, officials said.
Yes, not only did Sanchez get down and dirty in the police car, but he did it at least once with the trickster who got another officer in trouble. As the late, great William Shakespeare once said: “These hoes ain’t loyal.”
The only reason police found out about Sanchez’s sexcapade with the same woman is because of the investigation into Sgt. Woody’s encounter. Sanchez contends he should’ve been suspended, not fired from the department, because he stopped bumpin’ uglies with her after investigators found out. He’s also seeking backpay for the months he was suspended.
It’s, um, a “bold” strategy? From the sounds of it, he doesn’t have a great chance at winning the appeal.
“But an administrative law judge said his arguments ‘border on ludicrous’ and were ‘absurd.’
…
His actions, the city said, ‘shows a lack of respect for the public, a disregard for the duties of a police officer, and lack of consideration for the civilian involved. Officer Sanchez thought so little of his badge that he found it acceptable to have sex in public while on duty.’
I wonder if he’ll try to bang the judge in the courtroom..
