This fucking guy. Most of you probably remember the asshole UConn student who went viral for throwing the shittiest drunken tantrum in history over some jalapeno mac & cheese. A refresher:

Miraculously, he got off back then with only a year probation due to a judge who, for some reason, thought this miserable piece of donkey taint “probably wouldn’t offend again (due to) excruciating and humiliating publicity” that should scare the little fucker straight.

Luke Vincent Gatti, of Bayville, New York, a waterfront village on Long Island’s fabled Gold Coast, was booked on charges of battery on an officer and resisting an officer “with violence” on May 28 after he was reportedly arrested by authorities in Boca Raton, Florida.

Gatti was released on bond on May 31, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office records, but an update on the status of his Florida case was not immediately available. Gatti’s father, Vincent Gatti, did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment about his son’s latest legal troubles.

Jesus Christ. Put this fucking kid away. The only thing dumber than being a drunken asshole is being a drunken asshole that takes swings at cops.

I hope this shriveled castration finds out that the law in Florida isn’t as loose as it is in the Northeast. At least you’ve never fucked up this badly.

    In true TFM “journalistic” fashion…MAJOR details left out. Dude was in rehab going through DT’s when all this went down. He begged the officer to shoot him because he “just wanted to die”….changed my view of the story big time, actually feel for the kid.

      While the kid is a smug asshole, he is truly in a fucked up place. He just checked in to rehab where they found out his vitals were fucked because his body was going through detox. He became agitated and ran away. When the cops found him, he had alcohol in his hand. The “assault” came when the cop tried taking away the bottle out of his hand, and he pushed her hand away. He’s somehow managed to get so addicted to alcohol that his body behaves like he’s going through a heroine withdrawal. He needs in patient rehab where there’s no possibility of him fleeing.
