VIDEO: Texas Tech Goes Full WWE RAW After Practice
After absolutely annihilating Stephen F. Austin 69-17 on Saturday, everyone’s favorite cool coach Kliff Kingsbury decided to treat the Red Raiders to some ringside WWE Monday Night RAW.
Kliff tweeted this video of the showdown Monday night:
In the video, you can see strength and conditioning coach Rusty Whitt amping up the crowd with a mega phone as two actors come in to bust out the WWE skit complete with some good old-fashioned chair smashing.
Apparently that’s not the real John Cena, but man, the guy playing him is convincing as fuck right up until the moment he gets taken down face-to-crotch by the first dude. Real Cena wouldn’t have put up with that shit.
Kliff Kingsbury is well known for pulling these kind of awesome stunts for his players. Over the years, he’s hosted a dance party, brought bottle service girls to practice, and even made that ice bucket challenge thing a lot less lame. In the offseason, he’s also done pretty well with the ladies.
Stay classy, Kliff. You’re an inspiration to us all..
