Auburn Girl Admits To Lying About Domestic Abuse That Got RB Jovon Robinson Kicked Off Team

jovon-robinson

Before fall camp started, Jovon Robinson, who was presumed to be the team’s starting running back, was dismissed from the team. The incident that led to his dismissal was a female accusing him of beating her up during an argument. The only problem? Robinson never did that, and he stood by his denial of the incidents despite being kicked off. Well, it turns out that the girl was lying.

From AL.com:

The accuser, who is a student at Auburn, told AL.com she was coming forward to “clear the air” about what happened between her and Robinson, who she characterized as a friend.

“I was upset with him because he didn’t want me in his room,” the accuser told AL.com. “We were just arguing.”

As to the accusation of prior incidents with Robinson, the accuser told AL.com, “(I) never reported anything else to anyone. … It was all made up. Nothing happened.”

Yeah, some friend you are. A friend doesn’t email their friend’s head coach saying your head got bashed in and he shoved you out of the room and you got a knot in your eye. What should have tipped Gus off is the fact that in her email to him, she stated she wasn’t going to get the police involved despite this being the “second or third time this has happened with him.”

Innocent until proven guilty is officially gone, guys. It had a good run, but this guy’s reputation was tainted the moment she opened her mouth to lie about domestic abuse. Now he has to deal with people saying he paid her off to say that and he really is a domestic abuser. Not to mention she ruined his chance to be a contributor to Auburn, and maybe even his shot at the NFL. Irreparable damage has been done.

Girls who pull this shit should be faced with the same amount of prison time as an abuser or rapist. Not only do they ruin the guys life, but they take legitimacy out of legitimate claims of abuse or rape. This girl is the scum of the earth.

This also sucks for real rape situations like Winston who because it’s FSU and he’s the QB, got free of his charges, with no freak out.

But many times guys who really did not do anything or was mutually blacked out with the girl (Brock) get the actual blame and consequences.

I’m sorry, WHAT?? If you can’t drink without forcing yourself inside of a girl behind a dumpster, like she’s a piece of trash, you should probably not drink… Winston could argue that he was drunk too. You’re dumb.

While I agree with you, there is a reason he was only sentenced e months and it isnt cause he’s white. yeah he fucked up and shouldn’t have done it but she had been making out with him that night. Still fucked up to finger a girl passed out, but she didnt exactly reject his advances when she was sentient

This is exactly what is wrong with our generation. We feel like we are owed something. That mentality is the reason we have a 1 in 5 sexual assault problem on college campuses.

We don’t have a “1 in 5” sexual assault problem on college campuses. That stat has been repeatedly debunked as total bullshit.

TFM isn’t reporting the whole story here. The girl actually claims that she admitted to lying to the Title IX administrator, but that the administrator wanted to move forward anyway. And when she heard he was getting in trouble, she emailed the coach to tell him that same thing. It’s possible she’s lying about this stuff too, but if it is true, the worst part of this whole thing is the system that found him immediately guilty, not the girl. To save face, the school is saying there were “multiple incidents” that resulted in his dismissal, not just this one, but that’s probably bullshit too

“Ditsy girl from Auburn. Fucks black guys so go in her butt. Hows the appetite treating you big guy? Hope that prison sentence didn’t have too severe of an adverse impact on you.”
“Thanks Frockman, I’ll take care of her. Appetite is returning, prison sentence wasn’t shit. Lets rumble baby”

This is why women have to deal with being questioned over any rape accusations. It’s because they’re a bunch of fucking liars.

It’s interesting that in high profile cases like this, Duke lacrosse, and Phi Psi at UVA it turned out everything was completely fabricated. Believing someone right away, with no proof, is bullshit.

The more emphasis that is placed on harsh penalties for domestic violence the more some idiot bimbos will hold it over guys heads and use it as a weapon, vicious circle here.

Title IX is particularly scary as it gives schools the ability to set up a staged “court” to punish anybody without actual law enforcement (legal system) involvement. She deserves to be personally sued and expelled from the school. Law enforcement also should be involved in Title IX cases and the school shouldn’t be able to take action if the victim isn’t willing to comply with police. I feel sorry for this man who lost quite a bit. Hope he gets true redemption and success.

In cases like this, the women should be subject to the same penalties and jail time that the men would have endured if found guilty.
