Self-driving Ubers began running in San Fran today. Ubers. No driver. Driverless. Autonomous. This happened:

Oh man, what if it had splattered that dude crossing the street? There’s a headline.

Okay so we all know driverless vehicles all over the roads are the future. I actually predict none of us will own cars in 20 years. It will all be Uber and Lyft cars in the cities, and they’ll all be autonomous. Wild to think about, isn’t it? No car owners. No car insurance. Houses will start being built without driveways and shit. Just pull out your phone and beep boop bop — driverless car rolls up ready to take your ass anywhere. Insanity.

It’ll be sweet, too. So much boozing and sex in cars. You just hop in and punch in your destination, and off you go, drinking and fucking your way to the club.

They just have some kinks to work through is all.
