Not well, it turns out.
A frozen water hazard, albeit a solid foundation from which to strike your ball, is still a water hazard. No grounding your club if you choose to play it as it lies. If you do ground your club, a two-stroke penalty is assessed.
No word yet on if this guy is alive and well or dead and frozen, but if he’s alive and continued his round, he did so plus two strokes. Tough luck, Bronston. Hope you didn’t die, man..
