Julian Edelman Was Mic’d Up For “The Catch,” Dropped Multiple F-Bombs Afterwards

If there’s any person at Super Bowl LI I could’ve chosen to have been behind-the-scenes mic’d up, it would’ve been Terry Bradshaw so I could listen to his reaction when they told him he had to put a fake stain on his shirt for some terrible Tide advertisement. But Julian Edelman, who was heavily involved in the Patriots’ miracle comeback, is fine, I guess. Especially when he’s dropping F-Bombs like they’re the opposite of a tipped Tom Brady-thrown ball while he’s being triple covered.

The highlight of this video, by a mile, is Jimmy Garroppolo, the soon-to-be 30-million dollar man (somewhere), telling wet blanket Edelman “shut up” when he runs around telling everyone “it’s not over” and to “get the fuck off the field” because the play still had to be reviewed. Side note: my pledge brother was Jimmy Garroppolo’s teammate back in high school. I hope you enjoyed that humble brag anecdote as much as I enjoyed telling it.

He had problems when he first started playing! He kept trying to get his own quarter back!

You stole this from The Ben Show. Very funny skit however. Would recommend

That was honestly one of the craziest sports plays I’ve ever seen on live TV. Complete shock.
