5’8″ Pro Golfer Daniel Summerhays Throws Down The Most Exciting Dunk Of The NBA Playoffs
Does that title confuse you? Me too. But for some reason it just works. As the Warriors and Cavaliers cruise control their way to the NBA finals, the playoffs have left a little to be desired in the excitement category. Everything’s gone chalk and the most thrilling series involved 6 of 7 games being blowouts by teams that didn’t really have a prayer at being championship factors to begin with holding home court. Even the NBA draft lottery went as expected last night. So when I say that this dunk by listed 5’8″ PGA golfer Daniel Summerhays is the biggest highlight reel moment of the 2017 playoffs, I’m really not even exaggerating or throwing out a hot take for a click. It’s just the sad truth.
To all you haters that say golfers aren’t athletes, enjoy the crow you’re currently ingesting. The little guy jamming it home, flexing his nuts.
Is there any better feeling than hanging on the rim as a white dude? Sure, most of us may have to run up a wall or use a trampoline, but it never lessens the enjoyment of going to the hole and flushing the rock down with authority. I’m inspired. Just want to head to the fraternity house now and fuck around with a low hoop dunk contest. Jordan jumping from that crack in the cement that was never fixed after the bowling ball incident or trying to barely clear a brother’s mid-sized Sedan like Blake Griffin…couldn’t ask for a better way to spend a summer semester day..
