The Stanley Cup Finals-Bound Nashville Predators Have A Truly Awful Fan-Made Hype Video

Nashvillian comedy duo Austin and Colin recently dropped “Fangerang,” a loosely Skrillex-based “Smashville” Predators hype video that’s so bad, not even the full kit wanker fat guy dab at 0:30 could save it.

Dan is vehement that this video is actually great. That these guys are totally in on the joke. While I don’t necessarily disagree with him on the latter, I do think he’s insane for thinking the former. Sure, these guys might be in on the joke. It’s just a really bad joke. The concept is suspect at best. Those dance moves burn the retinae. That sorry excuse for a “Bangerang” parody had me sticking pencils in my ears point-first in an attempt to dull the audial pain. I didn’t even have any pencils at my desk at the time. What I do have at my desk, however, are plenty of non-sharp ear hole-sized items I could’ve stuck into my ears instead. My thought process, though, was “No, Jared; you deserve to be punished for deciding to put yourself through this,” so I drove out to CVS, bought a pack of Ticonderoga #2s and a manual sharpener, and went to town.
