When ~~freshman~~ first year guard Quade Green was injured after being poked in the eye during a recent game, he didn’t resort to wearing some nerdy goggles. No, he’s suiting up for Coach Cal and the Kentucky Wildcats. So, of course, he came out with something that had a little more swagger.

How is anyone supposed to be able to guard a dude wearing cool guy shades? That’s not fair at all. I bet even his misses look good. Every player is constantly trying to differentiate themselves from the pack. Anthony Davis had his singular eyebrow, John Wall had his signature song and dance, and now Quade Green has his shades.
