Drake Got Straight Mobbed After Shooting His “God’s Plan” Music Video At The University Of Miami

Drake, a former teen actor turned Raptors fan, continues to surprise college campuses across the nation.

A few years ago, Drake went knocking on sorority house doors after a show in Iowa, but he largely went unnoticed as his knocks went mostly unanswered.

This time, Champagne Papi made a surprise visit to the University of Miami on Monday to get his Bachelor’s Degree in Organic Chemistry.

Just kidding. He was there to film his “God’s Plan” music vid. And, well, he didn’t go unnoticed this time.

If you listen closely, you can hear the concrete get progressively wetter as Drake starts to perform. Ladies love Drake.

After a short performance on the Moss Terrace, Drake and his crew packed up and left. That’s when the herds of thirsty Beckys did what herds of thirsty Beckys do: straight mobbed that poor man’s motorcade like he was the last man on Earth.

I’m slightly surprised they didn’t try the PIT maneuver. Whoever was in charge of laying down the spike strips also clearly failed, as Drizzy eventually got away. Poor guy.

Either way, it sounds like Drake’s “God’s Plan” music vid should be pretty damn solid. I’m pumped to watch it as high-pitched sorority girl screams in the background terrorize my ears. One for the “Spring Break” playlist for sure..
