Lehigh Alpha Chi Omega Kicked Off For Sex, Drugs, And Alcohol-Fueled Scavenger Hunt

Damn, AXO. You wildin’, huh?

Lehigh University’s AXO has been booted from campus until 2020 after university officials found out about a road rally scavenger hunt involving sex acts, drug and alcohol consumption that new members were expected to complete.

The sorority was accused of sponsoring a road rally scavenger hunt Dec. 8, 2017 in which participants “received points for various acts including sexual activity, the use of drugs and alcohol, ingesting food and other liquids.”

The scavenger hunts may not have been required for affiliation into the sorority, “but are clearly considered a rite of passage and a consistent part of membership in AXO,” said the committee.

There was credible information that the event had been going on for years, and the entire chapter and its leadership was aware of it, said the report.

Ingesting other liquids, you say? Hmm… I think I’m picking up what you’re putting down. Note taken. I’ll check with my 4Loko guy this weekend then.

This is truly unfortunate for the chapter, especially since they were given this info on Spring Break week. Most Greek institutions I know of have some form of a scavenger hunt for pledges or new members. Some are worse than others. I cannot tell you how many Fatty Patty blow-up dolls I’ve been forced to purchase in my lifetime, but I can say one was not enough. That hoe always seems to get caught up in the drama.

And judging by the chapter’s Instagram feed, I wouldn’t have pegged these ladies as the wild-type. I also wouldn’t have pegged them as the least wild, though. As I’ve learned from Scooby Doo, it’s always the one you most medium suspect. That means AXO is likely guilty as charged.

I’m still highly curious about all the items on this list. If you’re reading this and have it available, send her on over. Initiation season is almost upon everyone, and we could all use some fresh ideas. However, if you’re a university official and reading this, then hazing is bad and I can’t believe the behavior of these ladies. It’s worse than murder, am I right?!

Yo, AXO. It’s Spring Break. Get the list back, both old and new members, and let that shit rip this week..
