Well folks, on the eve of draft day, Baker Mayfield decided to make one last splash before the big day. He’s out here just straight up declaring himself the next Brett Favre.

Ahhh yes, when I think of great wordsmiths, I think of Brett Favre. You can’t deny that these two aren’t at least a little similar. Both are competitors. Both make reckless decisions on and off the field. And most importantly, both of these guys can rock the fuck out of some jorts.

Your move, Cleveland. A maneuver this arrogant deserves consideration for the number one pick. There’s no chance he would make that comparison if he couldn’t at least somewhat back it up.

And let us not forget, the kid can take a hit, too.

Breakaway speed might be a concern.
