Try PING blades made in the USA..FAF, and any golf company that doesnt put prices on their clubs in catalogs (because they are so high it would cause some gdis to have heart attacks) is FAF..i.e. PING and Titleist.
Well considering I’ve had one in the bag since my freshman year in high school I can say it has easily been my most clutch club over the years, especially off the tee on tight courses. I don’t know why I’m even explaining this since you sir are “The King”, you out of everyone should know what I’m talking about. (1950 US Open)
Muscle backs are the way to go. However I really don’t see a use in anything below a 3 iron. Too hard to hit, I’d rather have better playability and distance from a hybrid. Plus it takes up room in the bag, one less club. I’d rather have a Vokey 52 degree wedge instead.
there is a prototype rescue in my garage. they work well, but the fact that it almost feels like an iron makes me hate the carbon shaft…so like you, i play with a 52ยบ BV.
my dad and I have only hit blades since we picked up a club. I remember back in middle school Telling my friend that i was going to pick up my 670s or 80s after class. he asked me if i could even hit blades, I got confused because i didn’t know people hit anything else.
I understand approximately 50% of this post.

14 years ago at 8:17 pmTour Balatas are the epitome of frat. Sometimes I’ll go in the woods just on the off chance I might find one.

14 years ago at 8:31 pmthey don’t put prices because they realize their market. People where money doesn’t really matter
14 years ago at 6:32 amPing doesn’t make muscle back blades. Their blade is a non-offset cavity back

pure slampiece
Respectable. But not near as legit as my old hickory sticks and mid-iron mashie. I have 3 sets just because you break at least one club every round.
14 years ago at 9:20 pmso you shoot +20… keep having fun with that 1 iron
