TKE doesn’t have a chapter in knoxville first of all. Second of all they are college republicans why they might not be the frattiest guys they’re heads still in the right place in honoring one of the frattiest American men of all time
The rock is pure tradition and even though they are not frat stars, they are still Republicans and put forth the effort to paint the rock in order to celebrate the 100th birthday of Reagan. FaF
