TFM Intern’s Recap of This Historic Week

One week ago today, the news broke that the United States of America finally took out that son-of-a-bitch bin Laden. It will forever be a shining moment in our country’s history. Productivity on campuses dropped nationwide as we unified into an unstoppable raging machine to celebrate the triumph. Some great TFMs were submitted that made it even more enjoyable. The traditional sailboat background of TotalFratMove.com was appropriately changed to the American flag. To continue the good times, the first TFM original video, “Fratfellas,” was released the next day.

Thursday was Cinco de Mayo (which is apparently not Mexico’s independence day as so many pointed out). Everyone who had finals last week, or was supposed to be preparing for this week, was probably caught completely off guard by the 120-hour blackout, and forgot. It’s ok. There is always next semester.

Now that TotalFratMove.com has officially launched the “Videos” section, TFM is encouraging participation in its expansion via the creation of original videos. If you weren’t blessed with the talent to do so, or are permanently shitfaced and therefore incapable of operating the necessary equipment, then find a brother who is capable, get wasted, and be in the video instead.

Next, TFM is looking for more writers who are qualified to expand the “Columns” section of the site. Check out the columns that have been posted, and you’ll see the caliber of work necessary to be published. Lastly, following this week’s Fail Friday there was a feeling that I somehow discriminate against particular fraternities. I assure you, this is not the case. I post the funniest pictures, videos, and horrific TFM submissions from each week, regardless of who they are from or what fraternity they represent. Every fraternity has members, and chapters, that they are slightly or extremely ashamed of. That’s just the way it is. Don’t get butt hurt.

If you’re done with finals, enjoy your summer and continue to enjoy the material on the site. If your finals are coming up, good luck. It was one hell of a week; let’s hope this next one is just as good.

    Nice article I was expecting something like this to recap this phenomenal week. Also in addition to this I would like to share that I am joining the #1 military force in the world in the Air Force division to become a fighter pilot. God Bless Texas. and God Bless America!

    Very well said intern. I would like for TFM to somehow get away from so much dumb shit people say on here. I like to ride peoples ass and haze other fraternity guys as much as anyone. but some shit on here people just loose it. I agree if it happens to be a certain fraternity every week tough shit. funny is funny regardless of which one it is. Sailboats are cool so is the flag. Change it up from time to time. I think the biggest issue with TFM is so many people now know about it which has brought in so many douche bags. other than that frat on good sir!

      I doubt indistinguishable North Dakota grunting and pointing sounds more intelligent than any Southerner. Southern accents are a nice touch if you’re an eloquent speaker

    Don’t worry TFM Intern, if I were you I too would post Pike on fail friday every week. Hell, you don’t even need a picture as gay as the naked Pikes to be on Fail Friday. Any Pike picture is Fail Friday worthy.
