@Coca_Brola – Dude I’m 265 and played football half my life. I can definitely fill them out. I just think as self-respecting fraternity men we should be wearing decent clothes that don’t say “look at me, I’m a flat-bill wearing douche.” If you want something ‘fun’ to wear on a hot day while drinking, grab a cheap polo shirt or a light button up. And sure, you could say those things make us look douchey as well, but that’s only to poor geed’s who are jealous they can’t afford nice stuff.
I agree with Frattery, there is a time and place for the tank. Wearing a t-shirt on a hot summer day out on the boat is unnecessary. Thus, the tank top was born.
yeah…unless you’re in the NBA there’s never an excuse to wear a tank top…if you stink so badly as to require extra ventilation to your armpits might I suggest this fabulous 10th century B.C. innovation commonly known as bathing…
Cut offs and tanks are acceptable in the right settings (beach, pool, fishing, etc.) Wearing them to a bar is just rediculous and should be punishable by law.
Wait, you party with sluts…

14 years ago at 9:41 amNo. Tank tops are only cool when they’re your old LAX pennies

14 years ago at 12:51 pmbut they are oh so fun, Rodeo for example, and plenty of fraternity men are in attendance there
14 years ago at 9:51 pmThe day people on this site get off their damn high horse will be a great day for fraternal gentlemen nationwide.
14 years ago at 1:18 pmAgreed. Just because they don’t have a collar doesn’t mean tank tops aren’t FaF
14 years ago at 3:41 pmAre you seriously implying that tank tops are FaF? I smell a pike..
14 years ago at 4:26 pmIn the right context (beach, pool), yes.
14 years ago at 5:33 pmI agree with Frattery, there is a time and place for the tank. Wearing a t-shirt on a hot summer day out on the boat is unnecessary. Thus, the tank top was born.
14 years ago at 6:15 pmAt a beach, pool, or boat, sure. But don’t wear that shit to class, the bars, a party, etc. We are classy gentlemen, dress like it.
14 years ago at 1:08 amIt’s fine to sometimes wear tank tops, just obvs never a wifebeater.
14 years ago at 12:02 ami agree 100% … its also a way to point out the tools
14 years ago at 2:02 pmSomebody has never been to Round Up
14 years ago at 5:02 pmThe attire worn at Round Up is an embarrassment to Greek Life. You probably are too.
14 years ago at 1:08 amIf you lived in a place as hot as south Texas you would understand why we wear tank tops.
