^ So a sport that is prodominantly not ganster and consists of people who rage off and on the ice is less frat than African round ball? I beg to differ sir. Baggy pants and gun charges will never be frat, no matter who the team owner is.

Professional Hockey and Basketball both fucking suck. That doesn’t change the fact that Cuban is a frat star.

hockey is by far the most frat sport out there. if you think im wrong you’re a fucking moron. I’m man enough to admit i should have played hockey instead of football, but then again i live in mississippi….

anyone who cares about how frat a sport is, is surely not a true sports fan. get over yourself’s. sports are entertaining regardless of how fratty they are. as for those fucking canadiens spending a little over 100k on a bar tab, that is about the most pathetic celebration i’ve seen. fuck canada. USA

NHL teams carry 20 players on the active roster and another 3 or 4 are on the NHL roster but watch the games from the press box; so let’s round up to 25 to make it nice and even and divide the bill by 25. When was the last time you had a $6,267.19 bar tab?

the bruins team is mostly canadian. and sorry, but if being initiated yields a 7k bill, then a stanley cup championship celebration should be a bit more than 100k. guess you geed’s arent fratty enough to realize that

skoalhaan, you think only the players were raging? im sure you could count everyone else that is apart of that team..coaches, trainers, water boys, team executives, team doctor, family/friends of all those people…lets do it again, lets say thats 100 people on a tab. That’s only $1,566.79 per person. Fuckin pussies. Regardless, hockey is FaF.

Anyone hating on hockey was probably too poor to play it. How is a sport that glorifies fighting, thick beards, and drinking NF?

    1. Lucas Fratterson

They dip in hockey? Do they just spit on the ice? And how exactly do they keep their pinch in place when getting slammed up against the wall?

I think hockey’s FaF, this dip thing is just news to me.

    2. skoalhaan

Yes, we dip. NHL players don’t dip in games, but when I played JR’s we’d dip during games and even the girls teams up north dip. You spit on the ice or on the bench. It’s actually not that hard to keep a lip in, if you take a hit you’ll either swallow a little or drop a bit, not a big deal. Smoking kills your lungs, we need our lungs.

    3. Lucas Fratterson

I’ll start watching for that. Aren’t masks required at most levels though (not the NHL, I know)? How do you spit through that.

And I’m not trying to argue with you, but swallowing dip (any amount unless its just one or two flakes) is in fact a big deal. They would puke. It just doesn’t seem like a practical sport for dipping, like baseball is. But if they do pull it off, more power to those guys. And TFM.

      Lucas,
There is actually no rule in Hockey that says you have to wear a mask or helmet.

14 years ago at 8:48 am
    5. Fratticus Finch

No rule for a helmet? Are you kidding? Virtually every single league requires players to wear helmets. The only difference is some leagues (mainly professional) don’t require full face shields. Show me a league where a helmet is not required.

They don’t dip on the ice, unless it’s a really shitty men’s beer league. The dipping in hockey takes place in the dressing room while getting ready before the game or getting undressed after the game.
