No, I’m not kidding. After the incident last year with BP no one is permitted to go back to deepwater yet in the gulf. I’m a QA and safety consultant for the largest casing company in the world. Frank’s International, google it you might learn something.
Frank’s Hot Dogs down the street is delish. They have all condiments and even have an umbrella to protect you from the sun while eating your chili dog.
Hulk Brogan, I’ll save you the embarrassment of being failing at your own fucking job. Bear in mind the article is from June 15th, so I imagine you’re next quarterly evaluation will end in you being let go. I’ll even give you a nice link:
“Perdido can pump up to 100,000 barrels a day of oil and up to 20 million cubic feet per day of natural gas. The ban interrupted drilling plans; so for now, the platform is pumping 40,000 barrels a day from five wells.”
Perdido is the baby of Shell’s six deepwater Gulf platforms that started up last year.”
Three weeks before the incident.
Imagine that.
This well is already drilled and producing. I said, and I quote, “No one is permitted back to deepwater yet in the gulf.” Newsflash: They still haven’t started drilling again. Congress didn’t stop wells that were already being drilled so of course it’s producing by now.
Im amused by your attempt to be a self righteous, pretentious asshole but I’ve been in this industry for seven years. When you get any actual experience in this field or have any idea what the fuck you are talking about you come talk to me.
3) In the industry for 7 years? Either you’re a 29 year old on a college website or you’re just lying about your experience. Who counts summer internships as a calendar year of experience?
No reason to lie. I actually just turned 25 in May. Been in the industry since I was 18. I count going to school and working at the same time in the oil industry as “years”. Summer internships included. Im done with this thread.
I don’t consider that deep sea fishing.
