    We got kicked off campus in ’95 for doing this. We actually got kicked off for throwing it out the window. Which begs the question: “What else would you do with a burning couch?”

      Although in hindsight, throwing our empties at the police who came probably didn’t help. Also, our national president at the time was from our chapter and he came to take our charter. It was a sad day.

    We’re guilty of this a few times over… I just remember the fire department coming and one of the firefighters saying “fuckin again?”…. apparently black smoke that can be seen for miles is an attention getter.
