No it’s cool! In America what I just did is considered FaF! And if you come down on me for it, we have five different branches of bad ass that will come down on your GDI country.
First, being abroad is NF. Second, Oregon is NF (not sure which is worse, either way, you are really fucking up.) Third, to some extent concomitant with the second point, your username sucks balls. Go smoke weed, recycle and save the earth on another website.
last time I checked your job included cooking and cleaning, not bitching and whining.
never leaving your country is NF? I’ll let all the soldiers and marines on your campus know you feel that way. i’m sure they’ll understand what you meant.
sure, oregon isn’t in the south by any means, but if you haven’t been here you don’t know shit about it. the northwest isn’t the south but it’s not nearly as geedish as people like to think once you get outside of certain parts of Seattle and Portland. so like I said, back to the kitchen, and next time you have a thought, just let it go, it’s for the best hun.
Alright Phratter, I am confused by your seemingly self-preserved right to call anybody a geed with a name as such. Moving past that, I have been to Seattle and Portland many times, I fucking hate it. Also, why don’t you walk up to a Marine and say “thank you for going abroad” he will probably beat your ass. The Northwest is a motherfucking breeding ground for liberals, the epicenter of the geeds.
It’s pretty easy when you’re no better than a geed you pissy little shit.
If you’ve been you’ve never been to the good parts. There are a ton of rich conservatives on the west side of Portland that frat their balls off on a weekly basis. Plenty of them are fraternity alumni that are as fratty as anyone you know.
I’m president of the fucking students honoring veterans club, I thank them every damn day for defending our country abroad, and their families send thank you cards and updates on their life “abroad” pretty damn often too. Not sure what your issue with that word is, but you’re the only one kiddo. Take a lap.
The good parts? When I visit Oregon, I am either in Lake Oswego or Sunriver. LO, more SW than W. Seattle, Mercer Island. Yes, I gave you the benefit of the doubt, selectively predicating my opinion on your “nice areas.” My point was, your military argument was erroneous, corresponding to the post the Marines do not perpetrate American stereotypes (fat, lazy, etc.) that those shithole countries, and foreign bitches who inhabit them come up with. So, go ahead, take your fucking lap like a man, although, in all likelihood that notion will not register with you.
those aren’t our nice areas. those are decent middle class neighborhoods, and sun river has nice views sure. upper west hills, if they let you in (doubtful) is where you should go.
MY point is, you separated the themes of marines abroad and American stereotypes (which were submitted and approved as a TFM) and they didn’t even have anything to do with each other in the first place. YOU brought up marines, and it had nothing to do with this post. There is no logic whatsoever in your argument and hiding behind unnecessarily formal diction doesn’t make you any more correct than you were to start with (which by the way was not correct, if you haven’t caught on yet).
I think choosing to LIVE abroad would be NF, but just vacationing in Europe is fine. Everyone should do a bit of traveling at some point. If anything, my trips to Europe have just made me love America even more : ). As far as the location issue goes, any time I hear someone say that any place outside of the south is NF all I think is that the person is pretty ignorant and sounds a bit silly. Greek life may be more prevalent in the south, but it’s certainly not limited to just the south.
I never once, in this thread, mentioned the South. But while we are on the topic, the South umbrellas fraternities that rage harder than anywhere, this includes but is not exclusively limited to the SEC, Texas, and NC. Oregon is NF, call it ignorance if you want to be inaccurate. Phratter, testing my logic is a road best not driven down. My arguments were sound, exploiting facts and evidence. Several fallacies implicated in your statements: straw man fallacy, argumentum ad hominem, converse accident, petitio principii, etc. Those are just off the top of my head, surely there exists more.
Just to point this out. There’s a fine line between seeing the world and not loving America. The world is becoming smaller and smaller, it would be a professional disadvantage in the future to be culturally ignorant. Just because you travel and see the rest of the world does not make you a fucking geed. You know what makes you a geed? Living in a bubble separated from reality.

13 years ago at 12:43 pmRich people live in Oregon. The South has a lot of fraternities. Is this scissor kick fest of an argument over?
13 years ago at 12:46 pmGiving respect where it is merited, TFM. Moreover, it is a territorial region, therefore, a proper noun.
