Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America’s nuclear power plants.
Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.
Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.
Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.
Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the “Books.” World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the “Books.” And I don’t mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period.

Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.
Jesus… I can agree with the infrastructure spending, because our infrastructure is part of what made America great in the last century, but the rest, except for the living wage portion of part one is all insane. I mean, as someone who has worked campus jobs to pay for my alcohol (the only thing the parents won’t support funding, which I can respect), there is no way you could raise a family on the average minimum wage job. However, I think this can be remedied with better worker training programs and cooperation between state governments, unemployment registries and local companies to place people, rather than giving out free money from the government.
You’re not supposed to be trying to raise a family on minimum wage jackass, minimum wage jobs are for high schoolers and college students, not 45 year old people with kids to raise.
The problem is, some people are. We need to do something to ensure less people are doing that, so that they don’t start committing crimes and otherwise burdening the system in order to make ends meet.
The knee-jerk thing to do is to say fuck the poor and that things like this shouldn’t happen, but reality doesn’t work that way. Either we find a way to fix the problem or the rest of us will suffer for it. This is why crime rates tend to go up with unemployment rates.
