Also when you have such a high unemployment rate everyone is expecting the rich to pick up the slack because 9.1% of America doesn’t have income. If we focus on sales tax then everyone that makes a purchase in America pays taxes and it makes people that make money under the table, such as drug dealers and teens payed in cash, pay taxes. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with the 16th because it is a mistake just like the 18th amendment and we knew it was a mistake so we made the 21st amendment.
