I believe in today’s context, Little Sisters and Star Dusters are different. Little Sisters are just new women in sororities who get fraternity men to oversee them and act as a “positive” role model, just like you would your little brother. Some sororities have little rituals for it, but overall it just amounts to a title. But they do little things for you such as painting coolers or baking.
Star Dusters are women who got initiated into fraternities, so they wore letters and knew the ritual. The only reason I know that term (and BROnonia) is because it is in the Code of Conduct presentation every year.
So Fraternity men now get “Little Sisters” ? Sounds like a TFM to me
