Study Material: The Hottest Girls in Texas

Please refrain from speaking like this about my university and my business. It’s not the school that matters, it’s the student. I’m 21, I maintain a 4.0, I interned with one of the largest accounting firms in the world as a junior, and I have been offered a second internship as well as full time with them. I started my first business (SMDozen) this year as a senior at Texas State, and I deal with companies as large as Lucchese, Dos XX, and Onnit as sponsors. You talk about networking while I network. USC is a great school, and I’m glad you attend the university. But, USC isn’t going to get you where you want to be in life. You are going to determine your success. As far as thinking the girls care more about modeling then they’re degrees, you’re wrong. Some of these girls have GPA’s as high as 4.0 as business majors, and some have interned with companies as large as Sprint and Hewlett Packard. I could go on for days. The point is, you’re never going anywhere in life with the attitude you have. SECGreek- Let’s just say I’m already at a net income including getting back my initial investment and the idea to start SMDozen came to my head in July. Any business can be successful, it’s all about perseverance, drive, and commitment. I could sell snow cones and make more money than the average college graduate.

Southerncostas- Honestly, the firm, as a whole, may look at more resumes of students from larger, more well known schools, but they definitely don’t prefer students from larger schools. Ya your resume will get you an interview, but that’s not going to matter come interview time. No once cares if you were in a Fraternity as opposed to Finance club or anything of the sort- they care that you were involved around campus, maintain a high GPA, and anything after is a plus. There’s a million people with the same exact or better resume. What they truly care about is your personality, whether you can sit down and have a conversation with a client, if you can sit in the interview room and reply without being hesitant or nervous- things of that nature. They’ve seen what you can do on paper, but also see that the next guy has a higher GPA. Can you step your game up and straight kick the interviews ass to get the internship or are you going to let boner boy beat you. Trust me, I’ve spoken to plenty of partners that HATE cocky kids from big schools and would prefer to get students from smaller schools because they don’t come in with big heads.
