In high school, I happened to talk with someone on the cross country team about this. Apparently, you can piss and run, but it takes some getting used to. Good skill for pledges to learn.
Being someone who runs track and cross country, I can say yes it is possible, but more often than not you end up with more pee on your shorts than a sorostitute who took it from your everyday frat star with bad aim.
