      I like to alternate adderall, vyvanse, and ritalin (when available) and of course combined with caffeine and nicotine. Also try listening to this for 20 min. when you start studying http://youtu.be/kwDVc3tKliM I think it helps

      70 mg vyvanse is about equal to 40-50 mg xr.

      Both are high doses, don’t let try hards say otherwise.
