I was talking to my dad about it a few years ago and I think he said technically anything with wheels or any form of outside transportation powered by said drunk driver counts as a DUI or DWI. Can anyone confirm this?
I’ve seen cases recently of people getting DUI’s on lawn mowers. Anything you ride on for transportation as a vehicle is under the ruling of DUI. Roller blades are not because they are a form of footwear, not considered a vehicle.
